BROTHERS in-dash speaker assemblies are designed to fit exactly where your original mono speaker came out. They are mounted on a custom plate sized similiar to the original unit. A special bracket is added to make the unit mount in the original position. In dual voice coil applications, you connect both stereo channels to one speaker that has dual tweeters.
