These black plastic caps go on top of the vent window assemblies on the door. Being plastic the originals tend to crack with age and may even be missing on your truck. Sold as a pair, one for the driver and one for the passenger side. Originally these parts were black as shown, but they can be painted to match the body color for a custom touch.
